Creating an account – How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy. Click the “Retailers & Distributors” link located in the top right section of the page. Once you submit your information, your registration information will be reviewed by our customer support team. You might be asked to fill out credit application form as well as business and bank references. Once Vintage Food customer support has confirmed your account, you will be informed and you will be able to place order with us.

I am not a retailer. How do I purchase your products?

Please email us at customerservice@vintagefood.com and we will be happy to provide you with a local retail outlet where you can purchase your favorite Vintage Food products.

Shipping questions

How is my order being shipped?

Delivering your order with care is our top priority.

For locations within our local shipping zone your order will arrive on your next scheduled delivery day via a Vintage Food refrigerated truck.

For locations outside our local shipping zone, you are free to choose any proper trucking options.

Do you ship internationally?

No, buyer should arrange the international transportation of the products.

Do I need a resale certificate?

If your shipping address is in NY, NJ, CT, PA, FL, MI, TX or CA, we need to collect a resale certificate from you.  Please email your resale certificate to customerservice@vintagefood.com or fax to 201-955-2906

Return Policy

If Vintage Food Corp. truck has delivered your order and you have found out any shortages, discrepancies, damages or problems with your order, please immediately contact with your sales representative and ask the driver to add notes on Return’s part on the invoice. The driver will then immediately adjust your invoice and no additional paperwork is needed. All deliveries must be inspected by the customer and the driver. Damaged or short dated products will be accepted for return only at time of delivery. If you hire a third-party trucking company and you have damaged or shortages products, please contact with your sales representative to request your wrapped pallet pictures to check your pallet’s condition, before it was taken from Vintage Food Corp.’s warehouse. In this case, Vintage Food Corp. will not take any responsibility of your credit requests. It is highly suggested to contact with your third-party logistics.

How to return products:

Please contact your sales representative for the products you would like to return. The sales representative will create a detailed return slip. You must return the products with the slip in order to claim any credits.
Please remember all returns must be in resalable and original packaging condition; free of price tags or writing of any type.
Also, all returns must have been purchased from Vintage Food Corp. and have shelf life of no less than 3 months (not close to expiration).

Credit Request conditions:

Vintage Food Corp. reserves the right to approve credit request for returned products based on their conditions.
The previous purchased products cannot be replaced with the new purchased ones and such a credit request will not be accepted.
No credit will be issued for “no return” or “final sale” products stated on the invoice.

Frozen products:

Vintage Food Corp. reserves the right to approve credit request for returned products based on their conditions.
The previous purchased products cannot be replaced with the new purchased ones and such a credit request will not be accepted.

Out of date products:

Out of date products are not eligible for returns, if they were expired on customer’s warehouse or shelves.
