Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef 85/15
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • ½ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1.50 tsp ziyad kefta spice blend
  • Sultan olive to grease the pan

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, add your ground lamb, grated onion, parsley and kefta spice. Mix all together until combined.

Step 2

Shape burgers into patties, Makes 4 1/4 pound burgers.

Step 3

Preheat your grill to medium high, brush the grates and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-well.

Step 4

Serve in a bun or a lettuce wrap staked with lettuce, cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and ziyad pickles.
